  3. Cancellations & Refunds
    • Cancellations made in advance may receive a refund.
    • Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
  4. Event Changes
    • Any changes to event details, like date or time, must be communicated in advance.
    • Changes may incur extra charges.
  5. Liability
    • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the event.
    • The client is responsible for the actions of their guests and participants.
  6. Venue Use
    • The venue must be used only for the intended event.
    • The client must ensure all attendees follow the venue’s rules.
  7. Force Majeure
    • We are not responsible for disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters or government actions.
  8. Governing Law
    • These terms are governed by the laws of the region where the venue is located.
