- Any changes to event details, like date or time, must be communicated in advance.
- Changes may incur extra charges.
- Liability
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the event.
- The client is responsible for the actions of their guests and participants.
- Venue Use
- The venue must be used only for the intended event.
- The client must ensure all attendees follow the venue’s rules.
- Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters or government actions.
- Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the region where the venue is located.
